At Home Retreats

One to seven day guided personal retreats from your own home.

Retreats have always been one of my most favorite things in the world. I mean, how amazing to step away, get quiet, be taken care of, usually in some gorgeous setting, and receive some deep much needed nourishment?  I will continue to find those experiences incredibly valuable.  But what is also increasingly valuable is finding sustainable ways to integrate that nourishment, sense of connection and direction, into our very real, not so shiny, not so easy lives.

I don’t know about you, but the past few years have felt like a complete upheaval of some pretty important values in my life: sense of purpose, sense of direction, and sense of internal stability.

An at home personal retreat can be a realistic (and affordable) way to reset.

There are different models that can be tailored to your individual needs.  You can do as many days as you are able, with a combination of alone time and time integrated into your daily life.  We will work together every day as part of your retreat, including daily check ins and “homework”.  What your retreat will specifically look like will be discussed beforehand and can include private yoga lessons and guided meditations if you wish.

Financial exchange is on a sliding scale in hopes of accommodating anyone who wishes to participate.
